Gwendolyn Damestoit
CEO & Principal Consultant
Gwendolyn Damestoit is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Citadelle Consulting Group, with over a decade of experience helping organizations turn big ideas into real, actionable outcomes. From managing projects for federal agencies to improving processes for nonprofits, she’s passionate about making things run smoother, smarter, and more people-centered — because let’s be honest, nobody likes inefficient workflows.

With a knack for organization (and a love of a good checklist), Gwendolyn holds both her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). She earned her Master of Public Health from the La Salle University and is currently working toward her PhD in Public Policy with a focus on emergency management at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County.

She’s all about finding practical solutions that make a real difference, especially for organizations serving marginalized communities. Whether it’s developing strategic plans, improving internal processes, or getting everyone on the same page (without the endless meetings), Gwendolyn is here to help you get it done — and get it done right.
When she’s not solving problems for clients, you’ll find her tackling her own projects, whether that’s hitting the gym, exploring Baltimore, or indulging in her lifelong love of learning.
